This is where your agents negotiations skill comes in to play, qualifying each buyer and maximising each offer.
Make sure you keep an open dialogue with your agent regarding your price expectation. If offers reach an acceptable level you will need to be decisive. Most buyers are selling their own home and need to buy on a time frame, therefore they can sometimes be unwilling to wait for an extended period to know if they have secured a home.
