Ready To Sell? It’s Showtime

By Michael Walkden

In the lead up to your first buyer’s inspections you will need to make sure you keep the presentation of your home to a high standard. Many buyers will drive past in their own time to take a look at your home from the street; not to mention inspections by appointment, that can be requested at short notice, especially by interstate buyers on short visits. You need to be ready so you don’t miss out on your best buyers.

If weekend open inspections are planned, the first weekend is generally the busiest, so make sure you are prepared early and you can get out of the house before a crowd of buyers anxious to see your home is on the doorstep.

We’d be more than happy to provide comments and feedback on your what we hear most from buyers – this may assist you in presenting your home to its best potential. Feel free to make contact with us for a complimentary discussion.
