Our property management department is expanding!

As such we’re looking to grow our current property management team to ensure we maintain our high level of customer service to our clients.

Role: Property Manager – Maintenance & Inspections Officer – Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-going and out-going inspections
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Conduct open for home inspections
  • Reference tenancy applications
  • Attend to landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Database entry and management
  • Lease preparation
  • Arrange and follow up maintenance

Skills & Attributes Required:

  • Self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Initiative

Requirements:

  • Police clearance/check
  • Property Management Registration

N.B Property managers from 28 September 2019 will be required to be registered and complete all relevant courses.

Remuneration:

$50,000 – $55,000 inc of super and motor vehicle allowance + phone
