Thank you for being a loyal and valued client of our office,

At Ray White West Torrens, until 5th May 2019, we would like to provide you with an exciting offer for a 6 months management fee free period over a 12 month period to thank you for your support, subject to the following terms, conditions and eligibility.

Terms, Conditions and Eligible;

Eligibility:

A) Sign a Management Agreement with Ray White West Torrens for any additional property owned by you not currently under management with our office

A.1) The management fee free period will apply to each additional property only;

Or

B) Refer us to a friend or family member (both of you will receive the 6-month management fee free period) that is not currently a client of Ray White West Torrens.

B.1) The 6-month management fee free period will only apply if Ray White West Torrens enters into a management agreement and leases the friend or family members property.

B.2) You will be notified upon B.1 being satisfied.

Terms & Conditions:

• To obtain the Offer make contact with Michael Walkden (michael.walkden@raywhite.com or 0478 111 454) and confirmation will be provided to confirm your acceptance to engage the Offer.
• This offer is exclusive to Ray White West Torrens which is located at 184 South Rd Mile End
• The Offer is only valid if a Management Agreement is entered into strictly between 4th March 2019 and 5th May 2019
• The Management Agreement must be for a minimum of 12 months and at the standard fees and charges which can be obtained upon written request and will be provided at or before signing a Management Agreement.
• The Property must be located within metropolitan South Australia
• The Offer is for a 6 month period free of the professional fee “Property Management Fee (%)” over a 12 month period
• Confirmation of the 6-month free Offer will be provided by Ray White West Torrens
• Prior to entering into a Management Agreement, Ray White West Torrens reserves the right to withdraw or decline this Offer at its sole discretion
• Ray White West Torrens reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to declare that a person is or is not eligible for the Offer where any aspect of the promotion is affected by sabotage, theft, fraud or mistake, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions,
• To the extent permitted by law, Ray White West Torrens shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any person (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the conduct of the Offer, redeeming the Offer and/or using the Offer. Ray White West Torrens does not take any responsibility for the offer being lost, stolen, forged, damaged, destroyed or tampered with in any way at any time.
