Strong Auction Negotiation In Glandore

Today, 22nd July 2017, real estate agent and auctioneers Laurie Berlingeri & Michael Walkden successfully auctioned and negotiated the sale of 35 Beckman St Glandore.

Over the past 3 weeks there had been a decent volume of prospective purchasers attend private and open inspections of the charming home.

Offering so much potential with scope to extend, further renovate or potentially subdivide (S.T.C.C) several purchasers indicated their willingness to attend and fight the right to ownership out on the day.

A lower than expected number of buyers attended even after several calls for confirmation of attendance.

Needless to say, the auction got underway swiftly with it kicking off at $550,000, some competitive bidding between two registered gained momentum however subdued when reaching $580,000 when increments of $5,000 were taken moving forward.

The auction stalled at $610,000, which is when Laurie and Michaels negotiation skills really kicked in full swing.

After negotiations going back and forth with the highest bidder the property ended up reaching $637,500 and sold under the hammer – a huge $27,500 more than the highest bid.
