Role: Property Manager – Full Time


  • Liaise with Landlords, Tenants & Trades
  • Arrange and follow up maintenance
  • Conduct open for home inspections
  • Application processing and lease preparation
  • Database entry and management
  • Arrears management
  • Bond finalisation

Skills & Attributes Required:

  • Self-motivated

  • Police clearance/check
  • Property Management Registration Licence


$50,000 – $55,000 inc of super and motor vehicle allowance + phone + generous incentives
