  • Conduct in-going and out-going inspections
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Conduct open for home inspections
  • Reference tenancy applications
  • Attend to landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Database entry and management
  • Arrange and follow up maintenance

Salary

$50,000 – $55,000 inc. super and motor vehicle allowance + phone + incentives/bonuses
