Team West Torrens Generates A Brilliant Auction Result In Underdale

By Michael Walkden

12 noon Saturday 2017 marked the deadline for 10 Sherriff St Underdale’s Auction conducted and presented by Ray White West Torrens.

A large crowd, in excess, of 60 prospective buyers and onlookers peeled their eyes as the bidding commenced on the property.

With approximately 10 registered bidders who were eying off the property, the bidding commenced strong, however, started to subdue as it reached the high $400,000 mark.

After some brief negotiations, the bidding re-commenced at $505,000 and some final bidding reached an eventual price of $510,000 at which the property sold under the hammer!

The final result ticked the boxes for the vendors and secured the home for some keen interstate buyers who wanted to secure something before heading back home tomorrow.

Congratulations to both the vendor and purchasers for the opportunity to assist with the respective sale and purchase of your home.
