Demand heats up in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs

Yesterday yet again showcased the demand Adelaide’s Western suburbs is currently experiencing,

11 Stacey St Dudley Park, located on the city fringe in Adelaide’s west was set to go to Auction at 10am.

A sizeable crowd of approximately 50 to 60 attendees strolled through the doors and 10 groups registered to bid and fight to become its new owner.

Bidding started at $450,000, with strong and competitive bidding drawing out to $572,500.

With some negotiation back and forth with the highest bidder, bidding re-commenced at $582,000 and the home was now on the market!

Further bidding was sparked and two final bidders jousted it out until the property sold under the hammer for $590,000!
