Auction Success In Ferryden Park

By Michael Walkden

A wet one this morning however that didn’t stop over 50 people attend and 13 bidders register for the beautifully presented home at 22 Balranald St Ferryden Park.

With highly competitive bidding that commenced at $500,000 more than half of the registered bidders participated and fought it out!

Bidding slowed to $1000 increments at $575,000 until selling under the hammer and reaching an incredible unconditional result of $602,000.

Congratulations to the vendor and purchaser of this magnificent home and to the Ray White West Torrens sales team for another successful auction campaign.
