Terms & Conditions of 2/551 Marion Rd South Plympton  Raffle:

• For a valid entry;
• 1) an entrant must be aged 18 years or older to participate
• 2) limited to one entry per person
• 3) must attend a publicly listed open inspection time registered on raywhitewesttorrens.com.au for the property specifically located at 2/551 Marion Rd South Plympton
• 4) must be registred by a representative of Ray White West Torrens as an open inspection attendee which will be recorded as an attendee via the open for inspection register held by Ray White West Torrens
• 5) must complete the digital entry form, in full, located at the property via QR code
• 6) entries will be closed at the conclusion of last open inspection time and date publicly listed before the Best Offers By concluding or by 5.00pm on the next business day following a contract of sale that has been executed for 2/551 Marion Rd South Plympton, whichever is the earlier of the two.
• 7) the winner will be randomly selected and advised at the completion of the Best Offers By concluding, or if the property is sold prior to the Best Offer By then by 5.00pm of the next business day that the contract is executed
• 9) the winner will be notified via the contact details provided in the entry form and on Ray White West Torrens social media channels and provided 3 business days to claim their prize.
• 10) If the prize is not claimed, a subsequent draw will ocur and repeated until a winner can claim the prize.
• 11) The winners identity must be validated by photographic identification issued by the Australian Government or one of its states or terriroties (e.g a passport, drivers licence or proof of age card)
• 12) By entering the raffle you will allow Ray White West Torrens to contact you about news, events and general information and provide marketing material in relation to the organisation. You may unsubscribe from the Ray White West Torrens mailing list at any time.
• 13) Ray White West Torrens shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
